Return & Exchange Policy
At PARCHA, we want every customer to feel confident while shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, we offer a clear and simple return or exchange process under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, seals, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- The return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used fragrances, due to hygiene and safety reasons
- Sale or clearance items
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
A. Contact Us
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@parcha.pk or parcha.store1@gmail.com.
Include the following details in your request:
- Your order number
- Product name and details
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
B. Approval & Instructions
Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If your request is approved, we will share return instructions and a return authorization code.
C. Ship the Item Back
Once approved, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it through a traceable courier service.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Store credit options are currently not available.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product, size, or variant is unavailable, we may offer a refund according to our refund policy.
Exchange requests will only be accepted for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
- A short explanation of the issue
After review and approval, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. In these cases, return shipping will be handled by PARCHA where applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
- The item has been opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or altered.
- The original packaging, seal, label, or accessories are missing.
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The return is sent without approval or authorization from our team.
- The item was purchased during a sale, clearance, or marked as Final Sale.
