A. Product Pricing & Availability

  • While PARCHA strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, inadvertent errors may occur. We do not confirm the final price of a product until your order is processed.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a pricing error, PARCHA reserves the right to:
    • Cancel your order (if not yet dispatched) and notify you.
    • Contact you for revised payment instructions before processing.
  • If your order is confirmed and later found to be incorrectly priced, we may:
    • Honor the original price (at our discretion).
    • Cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment was processed.
  • No cash refunds will be issued; all reimbursements will be credited to the original payment method.

B. Payment & Order Confirmation

    • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) where available.
    • Your order is only confirmed once payment is verified and you receive an order confirmation email.
    • For credit/debit card payments, the amount will be charged upon order confirmation, even if the product ships later.
    • If an order is canceled post-payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

C. Pricing Policy

  • Prices on www.parcha.pk may differ from in-store or third-party retailer prices.
  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

D. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet processed for shipping.
  • Once dispatched, changes to shipping addresses or order details cannot be made.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the courier.
  • Delays due to logistics, weather, or customs are beyond our control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

A. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance products) are non-refundable.

B. Process

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
