Return & Exchange Policy

At PARCHA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process under the following terms:


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Fragrances (for hygiene reasons)

    • Sale/clearance items

    • Products marked as “Final Sale”


2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Approval & Instructions

    • Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

    • If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization code.

  3. Ship the Item Back

    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

    • Ship via a traceable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

    • Store credit options are currently not available.

  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If your desired size/variant is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.


5. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.

  2. We’ll arrange a free return/replacement (or refund if preferred).


6. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Returns without authorization or missing tags/packaging.
